1 - Each match consists of the best of three tie-break sets and points will be awarded for the number of sets won

2 - If a pair of ladies play against a mixed pair/pair of men then there will be a +15 for the ladies in every game (+1 in tie-break)

3 - If a mixed pair play against a pair of men then the mixed pair will be + 15 in every game (+1 in tie-break)

4 - Should a pair of ladies play against another pair of ladies or a mixed pair play against another mixed pair or a pair of men play against another pair of men then there will be no handicap

5 - A Full Irish Breakfast will be served after your match each week with a champagne breakfast on the final Sunday (if you require a vegetarian or healthier option please let the chef know in advance of next week)

6 - The prizes will be presented at the champagne breakfast on the last Sunday

7 - Play will be begin at 11am each Sunday (excpet for Bank Holiday weekend as there is no play)

8 - A substitute may be used from the subs list or by having another membes/sub agreed with the Tennis Director no later than the Thursday prior to the match

9 - Please record all scores on the notice board after each match by circling the winner and writing the score in the box (please note any subs used by crossing out the name of the player subbed for and writing the subs name in the box)

10 - If a player fails to show up for a match (or the sub fails to show up in their absence) then an automatic walk-over is given 20 minutes after the start time. The walk-over will result in 2 points for the opposing team and -1 for the no show
